Developmental Support and Services

EI/ELP is a family-centered, home and community based program for families of children ages birth to six. We invite you to contact us anytime you have a question about any
 of the following developmental skills:

Speech      Language      Movement     Behavior      Vision      Hearing      Learning
             
Referrals are accepted by parents, friends, family and community providers.

Available  Program  Services

                 
                         > Infant and Toddler developmental screening and evaluation to age 3

                 > Home visits for developmental support     

                 > Twice-weekly Parent-Child Playgroups

                     > Activity ideas & materials to enhance your child's
learning at home

          > Information on early brain development and infant attachment

    > Parent Education Classes providing support and education
       on early childhood health, safety and development

       > Information on locating other special services and resources
  available to families and young children

The Early Intervention/Early Learning Program is available to children between birth and age three who meet specific eligibility requirements. Teach Your Children Well is open to all families with youngsters age birth to age six. Screening and evaluation services are provided at no cost to families. There may be a fee for some Early Intervention services. However, eligible children will not be denied services due to an inability to pay.
